1. Processing Times All orders are processed and verified within 1–3 business days before they are dispatched. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes:

3. Tracking Your Order As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will be able to track your order's journey directly on our website or via the link provided in the email.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes bk clothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged or Lost Packages If you do not receive your order within 20 business days, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at infobkclothingshop@gmail.com so we can look into it and issue a replacement or refund.
